Young Thug’s nephew has been arrested and charged for allegedly murdering his girlfriend.
Cops arrested Fardereen Deonta Grier in East Point, Georgia. He is accused of fatally shooting Destiny Fitzpatrick.
An East Point police spokesperson told TMZ that officers arrived on the scene to find Grier in tears and Fitzpatrick lying dead in a pool of blood by the front door.
Grier is the son of the Atlanta rapper’s oldest sister.
When the cops first arrived, he told them that he was chasing off two armed intruders. Upon further investigation, he confessed to shooting Fitzpatrick in the face after arguing.
Grier was arrested and charged with murder.
In May, Thugger was charged with conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act and participation in criminal street gang activity alongside Gunna. 26 other men were also arrested. Last week prosecutors accused Gunna of being connected to 2 murders. Both rappers deny the allegations against them.
