Yesterday, Judge Glanville said another judge must now decides whether he should continue with the case or recuse himself.
Young Thug’s attorney, Brian Steel filed a motion on behalf of Thugger to have Glanville removed from the case. “disqualify/recuse.”

Steel filed the motion over an alleged meeting, which he says took place between Judge Glanville, prosecutors from the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, and witness Kenneth “Lil Woody” Copeland. The judge held him in contempt after he refused to give his source away who informed him about the meeting.
Lil Woody has refused to testify and was also held in contempt. When he returned to the court, he claimed he lied to police in his police interview and says he made everything he told them up. The meeting was reportedly to pressure him to testify. Lil Woddy was given immunity if he does testify against Young Thug and YSL.
