The Young Thug RICO may be over – before it even started. And that’s all thanks to an idiot who was video recording the proceeding, Media Take Out has learned.
Yesterday, during the testimony of a police officer, the videographer accidentally turned the camera – and picked up the front row of the jury, showing their faces to the world, Media Take Out has learned.
Shortly after the screenshot went viral, people began speculating who the jurors were – and even named potential names.
Young Thug is currently on trial for allegedly leading a violent street gang called YSL, and is facing a life sentence in prison if he’s convicted.
Yesterday’s trial was interrupted, when the court learned that photos of the jurors, along with the juror’s possible names, was circulating online. The judge then asked members of the media to stop filming in the court with their phones, and he stopped video recording in the court.
The judge plans to rule today, if he has to dismiss the jurors – whose life and safety may be at risk if the trial goes on. Media Take Out confirmed that if the judge dismisses the trail, it will be an immediate mistrial – and Young Thug could go free.
