Young Thug and Gunna will not be home anytime soon ya’ll, as they’ve both been denied bail.
Thugger, Gunna and 26 other alleged members of the Young Slime Life crew were charged with felony conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.
Young Thug was also hit with an additional felony charge of “participation in criminal street gang activity” and 7 more felonies.
The additional felony charges are possession of marijuana with intent to distribute; possession of a Schedule III, IV, or V controlled substance with intent to distribute; possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony; possession of a sawed-off shotgun, sawed-off rifle, machine gun, dangerous weapon, or silencer; and three counts of being a person employed or associated with a criminal street gang to conduct or participate in criminal gang activity through the commission of a crime.
Then the state prosecutor argued that Young Thug be denied bail because he is a flight risk and through his alleged gang activity may “hinder the administration of justice.”
The judge agreed and said “He has a lot of support outside the state of Georgia, it might be hard to get him back to the state.”
