A codefendant in Fulton County’s RICO lawsuit against YSL has accepted a plea deal.
Derontae Bebee, aka “Bee” or “B,” pled guilty to conspiracy to violate the state’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), armed robbery, hijacking a motor vehicle, theft by receiving stolen property, violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, possession of a firearm by convicted felon, and participation in criminal street gang activity.
“Do you give this guilty plea freely and voluntarily this afternoon,” Superior Court Judge Ural Glanville asked Bebee.
Derontae Bebee has accepted a plea deal in the YSL RICO case less than a month before trial.

There is only 6 defendants left ahead of trial.

“Yes,” Bebee replied.
In return, Bee was sentenced to 15 years in prison, with five to be served behind bars and 10 on probation. The two years he has already served behind bars will be credited. Had he not taked the deal he could have received life in prison.
“This is an opportunity for a second chance,” Bebee’s attoryney Durante Partridge said. “When he was younger, he made some mistakes which led him to be a convicted felon, now he’s 23. He’s still young, still has an opportunity to turn it around.”
