Young Joc ARRESTED On Mother’s Day . . . For CHILD ENDANGERMENT . . . May Lose Custody Of Kid!!

Atlanta rapper and radio host Yung Joc spent part of Mother’s Day weekend in jail, as Media Take Out confirmed that Joc was arrested by Gwinnett County police and charged with child abandonment.

The “It’s Goin’ Down” rapper was arrested and charged with misdemeanor Child Abandonment. Jail records show the 38-year-old rapper and father of 9 was released after posting a $1,300 bond.

So what is child abandonment?

Well under Georgia law, a minor child is considered to be abandoned if during a consecutive 30-day period, its father or mother does not furnish sufficient food, clothing, or shelter for the needs of the child, leaving the child in a dependent condition.

Child abandonment in the state of Georgia is classified as a misdemeanor offense that results in a $1,000 fine and a maximum of 12 months in prison.

Also a man guilty of child abandonment, can have his parental rights REMOVED by the mother of the child.

The rapper, born Jasiel Amon Robinson, has 9 children with 5 different women. It isn’t clear which child is the subject of his latest arrest warrant – or what exactly Joc did to the child.

The “Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta” star married his longtime girlfriend Kendra Robinson in 2021. They were forced to push back their wedding date due to the pandemic.

He was previously married to Alexandria Robinson from 2001 to 2014. They share four children, and he has 6 other children with multiple partners
