Lucci pleaded guilty to one count of violation of the Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act. He initially faced multiple felony counts, including felony murder.
The prosecution proposed a 20-year sentence with 10 years to serve. Since he has served three years already, he will be eligible for parole in three and a half months. Lucci gets time served because he surrendered to charges on Jan. 13, 2021. The state also agreed not to send a letter to the state’s pardon and parole board opposing his release.
