The woman who drove Nipsey Hussle’s alleged killer, Eric Holder Jr., away from the scene after his murder testified in court on Tuesday.
“Did you say I snitched?” Bryannita Nicholson said Holder asked Hussle, according to Rolling Stone. “It didn’t sound like he was mad.” She says she was excited to meet him and wanted a picture with him.
They all posed for a photo with Nipsey, Nicholson and Holder drove around the block. She then says that Holder loaded a semi-automatic weapon but she told him to put it away and he did.
She said they were eating chilli fries in her car and then Holder decided to go back.
“What happened?” she asked him.
“Drive!’ [He said] I talk too much. He was like he was going to slap me,” Holder allegedly told her. They found Hussle the next day.
Holder has been charged with one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon.
