Jared Leto will remain a WME client despite a new documentary containing sexual assault and misconduct allegations from multiple women.
A representative for the Hollywood talent agency confirmed to Page Six that WME still represents the Oscar winner and has no plans to end their professional relationship. The agency’s client advisory committee is also not reviewing the accusations.
WME created the internal committee during the Me Too movement to evaluate its relationships with clients accused of sexual misconduct.
The decision follows the release of the BBC documentary “Jared Leto: Hollywood’s Dark Secret,” which includes accounts from 10 women. Four women accuse Leto of sexual assault, unlawful sexual activity or threats of assault during alleged encounters that took place when they were teenagers or young adults between 2002 and 2016.
Leto, 54, has denied every accusation.
“I have never sexually assaulted anyone in my entire life,” he said in a statement. “These claims are absolutely and categorically false.”
Nine women previously accused the Thirty Seconds to Mars frontman of inappropriate conduct in a 2025 report. He denied those claims as well.
Leto is not currently the subject of an LAPD criminal investigation. Prosecutors reviewed one case involving an alleged victim in 2019 but declined to file charges, citing insufficient evidence and the alleged victim’s unavailability.
Rumors of Leto’s alleged inappropriate behavior have circulated online for years, and several creators, such as the one below, have made videos documenting the reported troubling behavior.
