Wack 100 is being sued by a Missouri YouTuber who claims the music manager paid $10,000 to have his channel permanently removed from the platform.
Byron E. Blake Jr. filed the lawsuit against Wack 100, whose legal name is Cash Jones, seeking more than $75,000 in damages, according to a complaint obtained by AllHipHop.
Blake ran a YouTube channel from St. Charles County, where he discussed court filings and legal disputes involving hip-hop figures. He claims problems began after he published documents that he said showed Wack 100 cooperating with law enforcement.
According to the complaint, Wack 100 tagged Blake’s verified Instagram account on June 21 and wrote, “We couldn’t match your lies so we’re playing it dirty. Best 10,000 I’ve ever spent.”
Blake’s channel was terminated that same day.
The YouTuber alleges Wack 100 financed a group he called “the Xposers,” who allegedly filed mass bad-faith reports to force the account offline.
Blake also cited comments Wack 100 later made on No Jumper, including, “I can meta snatch your s–t in a meta major way.”
The lawsuit accuses Wack 100 of defamation, civil conspiracy and tortious interference. Blake is seeking compensatory and punitive damages, along with an order preventing future alleged false reports against his accounts.
