Viral ‘Looksmaxxing’ Influencer Clavicular Sued Over Disturbing Livestream Allegations

Clavicular is being sued by influencer Alorah Ziva, who claims she experienced harm during their collaboration.

The lawsuit alleges that the two met online and later collaborated on content tied to the “looksmaxxing” trend. Ziva, whose legal name is Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, claims the streamer helped produce videos and guided her online presence.

In the complaint, Ziva alleges that Clavicular administered an injection during a livestream, which she says led to lasting emotional distress. The filing states Clav is not a licensed medical professional and that she was not fully informed about the substance.

Ziva claims the experience resulted in “severe emotional distress, trauma, humiliation, nightmares, fear, panic, and mental anguish.”

The lawsuit also includes a claim related to the use of her identity, alleging her name and likeness continue to appear in monetized content without her consent.

Ziva is seeking damages and legal relief as the case moves forward and the streamer’s legal team denied the allegations in a statement.

“These are allegations only and remain unproven. Mr. Peters denies the claims and disputes the characterization of events,” attorney Steve Kramer said.
