After Rachel “Raquel” Leviss sued Tom Sandoval for revenge p-rn after he filmed a graphic Facetime video conversation without her knowledge, Tom is now suing his ex-girlfriend, Ariana Madix, for invasion of privacy after she stumbled across the video and shared the details with her costars.
In the civil suit, Sandoval alleges that his privacy was invaded by Ariana when she illegally “obtained access” to his phone on March 1, 2023. He says that she did not have “authorization or permission” to go through his phone.
Sandoval says his ex then made several copies of the video and sent them to third parties. Rachel Leviss also made the same claims in her lawsuit against the pair.
Speaking to US Weekly, Sandoval’s attorney Matthew Geragossaid the lawsuit was filed “in order to ensure a fair and just determination of responsibility among all parties involved” after Leviss filed a suit against Sandoval in February.
