Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix has filed a lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval over their $2 million Los Angeles home.
The former couple share a five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom home in Valley Village, where they both still reside.
Ariana is over being roommates with her ex and is asking a judge to force the sale of the house so they can get their coins and move on.
Ariana does not want a “division in kind,” in which they each split ownership of the house…she wants a clean split from Sandoval who destroyed their nine-year relationship after his affair with cast member, Raquel Leviss, was exposed to the public.
Ariana is currently dating Daniel Wai who she met at a mutual friend’s wedding in Mexico weeks after her split from Tom. Insiders say her new boo will appear in the next season of the show. Ariana is reportedly deeply in love with Daniel. Tom is still single.
