Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix has filed an appeal after a judge shot down her request to be dismissed from Raquel Leviss‘ invasion of privacy lawsuit.

Former Vanderpump Rules star Rachel “Raquel” Leviss accused Ariana and Tom of revenge porn, eavesdropping, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress in her lawsuit.

“‘Scandoval’ captured the public’s attention in a massive way, went completely viral, and injected new life into Vanderpump Rules,” the lawsuit, which was filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court.

On July 11, a judge rejected Ariana’s motion for dismissal.

“I did not send the videos to anyone else. Nor did I share, display, or show the videos to anyone else,” Ariana told the court about Raquel’s lawsuit against her. “To be clear, I only saw the video of [Raquel] … in places secluded from others.”

Raquel’s attorneys were ready.

“In her own sworn testimony, [Ariana] acknowledges that she stole and disseminated them. She distributed the recordings from their original source on Sandoval’s phone to herself and to me at a minimum,” they argued.
