Usher has hired multiple former members of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ personal team as the Bad Boy founder serves a 50-month prison sentence.
At least three people who previously worked closely with Combs have joined Usher’s camp for The R&B Tour with Chris Brown, according to Rolling Stone. The hires reportedly include Diddy’s former chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, a former personal assistant, and a videographer who had been working on a documentary about Combs before his September 2024 arrest.
Khorram, who spent more than a decade working for Diddy and became his chief of staff in 2020, is reportedly involved with Usher’s 56-date world tour, though her exact role is unclear.
Usher has continued to speak about his longtime connection to Diddy, who mentored him when he was a teenager.

Diddy called her his “right hand.”

Earlier this year, Usher said he did not have “anything negative” to say about Diddy.
“I’m not saying that every man is perfect,” Usher said at the time. “I’m not saying that all of us don’t have flaws.”
Diddy was acquitted of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges but convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
Khorram was never charged with a crime. She previously denied helping facilitate sexual assault, saying, “That is not who I am.”
Rolling Stone also reported that Usher has already parted ways with Diddy’s former personal assistant.
