Uncle Murda mentioned DJ Envy’s real estate drama in his third installment of his “Rap Up 2023 Pt. 3.”
“Damn, DJ Envy was promoting real estate/ That turned out to be a Ponzi scheme, that whole sh-t was fake/ People lost money, your partner was stealing it/ You’re guilty by association even if you innocent/ I just thought Envy got caught up in Cesar’s sh-t/ That little fat n-gga Cesar look like a piece of sh-t/ He was selling the same property to different people/ I ain’t a real estate agent but I know that’s illegal,” he rapped.
DJ Envy made the blogs after his former real estate business partner, Cesar Pina, was arrested and charged with federal wire fraud. Prosecutors say Pina defrauded dozens of people through an alleged Ponzi scheme. He is accused of swindling them out of millions of dollars and DJ Envy has always stated that he is innoc
ent and was not a part of any scam.
