Tyrese’s ex-wife Norma Mitchell’s request for a protection order has been shut down by a judge.
Tyrese and Norma were married between 2007 to 2009 and have a daughter together named.
Norma claims the singer has been
“[Norma] with a cruel barrage of derogatory and defamatory posts, including false accusations she has committed blackmail, extortion, death threats, tax evasion, forgery, bank fraud, wire fraud, and money laundering,” her attorney wrote.
She wants Tyrese to stop talking about her online.

However, the judge didn’t find her case to be considerable enough for the protection order and that her requests “do not show reasonable proof of a past act of acts of abuse.”
Tyrese is also tied up in court battles with his second ex-wife, Samantha Lee.
