Tyrese just cannot seem to catch a break these days, and the singer now says there is a chance he could be put in child amind his ongoing child support dispute with his ex-wife, Samantha Gibson.
“We are APPEALLING (sic) ALL OF HIS RULINGS AND ALREADY HAVE TRIED TO GET THIS JUDGE THROWN OFF THE BENCH TWICE,” he wrote yesterday on Instagram Stories. “The second time we tried to get him recused from the bench. [ He actually denied his own request to be thrown off the bench] …imagine that???”
Last month he shared that Samantha asked a court to increase his monthly child support payments to $40,000 a month.
The actor says his attorneys wrote to him requesting that he send over all of his bank statements and tax returns. They are scrutinizing all of his movies and concerts to try to work out exactly how much he is earning so that she can reevaluate for more money.
A judge previously increased his payments from $3600 per month to $10,690 per month. He is seeking help from the media.
