Former NFL star Tyreek Hill has settled a lawsuit brought by influencer Sophie Hall, who accused the former Miami Dolphins player of intentionally breaking her leg during an incident at his South Florida home in 2023.
The case, filed in Broward County, was resolved Friday after jury selection began earlier in the week. Hall agreed to dismiss her assault and battery claims, while Hill agreed to settle a negligence claim tied to the lawsuit.
As he exited the courtroom following the agreement, Hill told reporters, “I’m going to Disney World.”
Hall, a model and social media influencer with more than 2.3 million Instagram followers, alleged in court filings that she suffered serious injuries during a football lesson at Hill’s Southwest Ranches home three years ago.
According to the lawsuit, Hall claimed Hill “became enraged” after being knocked backward during a drill and then “forcefully and purposefully shoved Ms. Hall,” causing a severe leg fracture that required surgery and orthopedic reconstruction.

Hill denied the allegations throughout the case and maintained that Hall was negligent in connection with the incident.
The 32-year-old wide receiver spent four seasons with the Miami Dolphins before his release earlier this year. He is currently a free agent.
