Tristan Thompson has not been paying his child support to Maralee Nichols, the mother of his son Theo, in atimely fashion and now a judge has ordered the NBA star to pay her $58,000 in back child support.
According to court documents obtained by The U.S. Sun on Thursday, Tristan must pay her $57,916. The baller reportedly missed payments between September 15, 2023, and January 31, 2024.
Tristan was trying to win Khloe back before Maralee announced her pregnancy news. Tristan apologized to Khloe on social media.
Since giving birth to their son, Maralee has claimed Tristan does not consistently help her with raising Theo.
He was put on child support shortly after.
“Despite news reports stating otherwise, Tristan Thompson has done nothing to support his son,” Nichols’ rep, Harvey Englander, said in a statement to Page Six. “He has not made any attempt to meet their son nor has he provided any financial assistance.”
