Trippie Redd is brushing off criticism after KSI called him “one of the most frustrating people to work with.”
The comment came during KSI’s YouTube series One Question Go, where he recalled their time filming the 2020 music video for “Wake Up Call.” Laughing, KSI said Trippie arrived “like seven or eight hours” late and initially stayed in his car.
“He was just smoking away,” KSI said. “I was like, ‘Whoa, what are you doing?’”
KSI admitted there was a moment when he did not even want the rapper on set. “Eventually we did our thing,” he added. “But yeah, Trippie Redd was one of the most frustrating people to work with.”

The clip went online, prompting a response from Trippie Redd, who replied in the comments with a stunned GIF and a playful tag of content creator Danny Anene. When Anene later FaceTimed Trippie on a livestream, the rapper noted that despite the rocky moment, he and KSI reunited years later on “Thick of It.”
Trippie also shared a short Instagram Stories video addressing the viral clip. “People be talking about I’m hard to work with,” he said. “N—a, you hard to listen to. Burger.”
