Female rapper Trina was facing backlash this week, after she was spotted inside a Miami nightclub beefing with a group of women, who were of Haitian descent.

Trina got upset with the woman, and launched into an expletive laden tirade, where she referred to the women as “voo doo a** b**ches.” That remark, Media Take Out learned, has causes the Haitian community to blast the Love & Hip Hop star.

Listen to Trina, plus commentary from a blogger:

Well now Trina is backtracking on her comments, and apologizing to the Haitian community for using stereotypical slurs against them.

Trina claims that she was merely arguing with Haitian artist Florence El Luche, and her sister and friends. According to Trina, the argument was hyped up for the Love & Hip Hop cameras, and will be a part of the new season of the show.

Trina claim that she meant no disrespect to the Haitian community, and even says that she has some Haitians in her family.

What do you think, should she be forgiven?
