A woman who sued Trey Songz for $20 million, alleging he sexually assaulted her has dropped her lawsuit.
But according to RadarOnline, the woman told the court that she wants the “entire action” thrown out but did leave it open for the chance to refile at a later date.
In the lawsuit, the woman claimed Trey allegedly invited her to a party at his Los Angeles home on 24 March 2016. He invited her upstairs but the Jane Doe, alleges that the R&B singer repeatedly asked to “get that ass” on their way upstairs. She reportedly wanted to have consensual sex with the singer but told him “no” several times to anal penetration and he allegedly had anal sex with her without her consent.
