Trey Songz is facing a new sexual assault which allegedly occurred during a house party in 2015.
The lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the singer of sexual assault and battery for an incident. The women say they first encountered Songz in June 2015 when they attended one of his concerts and the ninvited to an after-party he was hosting.
The women allege they were forced to give a password and turn over the phones to gain admittance and were pressured to drink alcohol from unsealed bottles. They started to feel “overwhelmingly intoxicated” and believe they were drugged.
When they sat down on a couch, the singer then allegedly took them upstairs bedroom where they passed out with their clothes on.
TMZ reports that “The next morning, the women say the woke up naked … with a naked Trey forcing himself on them. One woman claims Trey was giving her nonconsensual oral sex. She says she tried to resist but he overpowered her. The other woman claims she woke up to Trey biting her nipple and forcing his fingers inside her vagina.”
The singer then reportedly tried to forced them to take a shower and when they refused he yelled …”You are little f-cking girls, get the f-ck out of my house.”
The women say they grabbed their clothes and tried to leave, but Trey refused to turn over their phones. A security guard stepped in, returned their phones and allowed them to leave.
They are asking for damages.
