Travis Scott Accused of Trapping Workers on Yacht!

Travis Scott is facing a new lawsuit from yacht workers who claim a 2024 charter in Miami ended in violence.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the rapper chartered the yacht with several women, security personnel, and alcohol onboard, and the captain claims that Scott later asked to use a jet ski but was refused because he appeared too intoxicated.

The lawsuit alleges that Travis then ordered the captain to take the yacht to a nearby marina, then jumped onto the dock and left his guests aboard for about 30 minutes.

When the rapper returned, the captain claims he appeared angry and confrontational. The captain says he ended the charter and asked the group to leave because of Travis’s alleged behavior.

The encounter then became physical, according to the complaint. The captain alleges Travis attacked him, threatened to kill him, and said he was “dead.” Travis’s security guard reportedly attempted to intervene before allegedly being fired by the performer.

Other marina workers claim they came to assist but were also assaulted, and two crew members allege Travis struck them with his shoulder as they tried to exit, causing one woman to fall into a table and suffer injuries.

The plaintiffs also accuse Travis of preventing them from leaving until police arrived. They are suing for assault, battery and false imprisonment, among other claims, and are seeking damages.

Scott was arrested following the incident, but prosecutors later dropped charges of disorderly intoxication and trespassing.
