Tory Lanez surprised his fans by announcing his upcoming tour…despite still being behind bars.
The incarcerated rapper announced the cheekily titled Not On ’Tor’ Tour with listening events planned across the U.S. while he continues serving his prison sentence in California.
Lanez will not be performing at the venues himself. Instead, the dates are being promoted as “listening experiences” featuring his music and “friends,” whose identities have not yet been announced.
The first stop is scheduled for September 25 at HK Hall in New York. Other cities are expected to include Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., New Orleans and Pittsburgh, where the run is set to end November 13.
The announcement does not mean Lanez is being released early. He remains incarcerated at California Men’s Colony near San Luis Obispo while serving a 10-year sentence for shooting Megan Thee Stallion in 2020.
“He not only shot me, he made a mockery of my trauma. He tried to position himself as a victim and set out to destroy my character and my soul. He lied to anyone that would listen and paid bloggers to disseminate false information about the case on social media. He released music videos and songs to damage my character and continue his crusade,” Meg said ahead of the sentencing.
“Today, I beg this court to send a message to every victim of violence and fully hold the defendant accountable for his criminal conduct. This is a statement for all survivors that their lives matter and there is zero tolerance for the torture that accompanies violence,” she added.
Lanez was convicted in December 2022 of assault with a semiautomatic firearm, carrying a loaded and unregistered firearm in a vehicle and discharging a firearm with gross negligence. He was sentenced the following August. His appeal was rejected in November 2025.
