Tony Yayo has weighed in on the lawsuit against Jay-Z and the rapper says the r-pe lawsuit appears to be extortion.
“I think Diddy paid somebody to say that shit about Jay to get the heat off himself ’cause Diddy looking bad out here. I think he trying to get the heat on Jay,” said Uncle Murda.
Yayo chimed in, adding that he feels the lawsuit is a “money grab.”
“For somebody to extort you, send you a letter, and then you gotta send your lawyers, sounds like extortion to me,” said Yayo.
“They trying to get that bread,” Murda added.
A lawsuit was filed against Diddy by Jane Doe, accusing him of sexually assaulting her at an after party back in 2000. On Sunday, Doe amended the lawsuit to include Jay-Z.
Jay-Z claims it is a shakedown and says he will not settle the case for any amount of money. He says he is innocent and will prove it in court.
