Tom Sandoval’s girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, was arrested after an alleged assault, and the Vanderpump Rules alum is now asking a court to keep her and her father away from his Los Angeles home.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Sandoval, 43, filed a restraining order against Robinson, 33, and her father, Will Robinson, after an alleged alcohol-fueled night.
Sandoval claimed Victoria verbally and physically abused him, alleging the behavior had happened before and he also claims that during the alleged incident, he said Will became aggressive, prompting him to lock himself inside a guest room.
Once inside, Sandoval claimed Will “punched a large hole” in the door and stuck his face through it while threatening to “f–k” him up.
Sandoval also alleged Victoria hit him so hard that he “couldn’t see straight.” The disgraced reality star claimed she later grabbed her phone and began recording him in an attempt to present herself as the victim. After Sandoval called the police, Victoria was reportedly taken into custody.
In the filing, Sandoval also alleged Will previously locked him in a bear hug on June 3.
Sandoval, who rose to fame on Vanderpump Rules and became one of Bravo’s most talked-about figures after his split from Ariana Madix, said he had welcomed Victoria and Will into his home before things allegedly deteriorated.
He claimed Victoria punched him, threw a bottle at him, changed his passwords, tracked him with an AirTag, and called him a “f–king loser.”
Ariana Madix is currently hosting season 8 of Love Island USA, which is available to stream on Peacock.
