Todd Tucker is ready to show what happened after his marriage to Kandi Burruss fell apart, including the mistakes he says he made.
The former Real Housewives of Atlanta producer has unveiled a teaser for a new reality project following his life after divorce, and Kandi is immediately part of the story.
“I want to share my journey post-divorce,” Todd wrote. “I never thought this would be my story. I made mistakes, and I hope some can learn from my journey.”
The teaser starts with an image from Todd and Kandi’s 2014 wedding before showing him outside wiping his face as the footage moves into his new chapter.
Todd is surrounding himself with people who know something about public breakups.
Ralph Pittman, the estranged husband of former RHOA star Drew Sidora, appears in the project. Fatum Alford also turns up, and Todd’s divorce attorney Randy Kessler gets camera time.
Todd and Kandi reached a divorce settlement in March after more than a decade of marriage.
Kandi has said the relationship actually reached its breaking point months before their public split.
“It happened in July,” she told Andy Cohen. “In July was when I was like, ‘Oh, yeah. No, I can’t do this no more.’”
She said there was “a specific situation that happened,” but added, “I’m not talking about it on Watch What Happens.”
