Todd Chrisley used his podcast to ask his fans to pray for him after he and his wife Julie Chrisley were conviction on fraud charges earlier this month.
“I want you all to know that the messages that we’re receiving, the mail … the gifts that people are leaving at our doors, the flower arrangements … all of this stuff is just overwhelming and very much appreciated,” he said on the “Chrisley Confessions” podcast.
“[But] we don’t want you … wasting your money on things like that. … We don’t need anything. So, really, the best gift you could give us is prayer.”
They denied the charges but were found guilty and could face a long prison sentence.
“USA network has not decided if they are going to continue with season 10 of Chrisley Knows Best, or with Growing Up Chrisley,” they said. “They are all praying that the courts go light on them when it comes time to sentencing, given the fact that they believe they do so much good in terms of entertaining the world and allowing cameras into their homes to document their lives.”
They are on home arrest awaiting sentencing.
