Tiffany Haddish has officially been charged in her second DUI case following her arrest last month.
The Girls Trip actor was found asleep at the wheel in a parked car in Beverly Hills, California last month.
MTO News has confirmed that the comedian was charged with two misdemeanor counts: driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol level of at least 0.08 percent. Her arraignment is scheduled for Dec. 22.
The star was previously arrested for DUI in Peachtree City, Georgia, in January 2022 after the cops received a call about a driver asleep at the wheel on a highway. She later posted bond and was released from jail.
Haddish has been ordered not to drink alcohol or consume illegal drugs and to undergo random drug testing and she must also refrain from using any CBD products all prescription drugs consumed must be within the therapeutic limit.
She has not released a statement following the official charges.
