Three people accused of fatally shooting Florida rapper Julio Foolio pleaded not guilty in court this week.
Isaiah Chance, 21, Sean Gathright, 18, and Alicia Andrews, 21, entered their pleas before a judge and their cases will now go to trial.
Foolio was shot and killed while he was in Tampa, Florida, celebrating his 26th birthday. He then posted an Airbnb he had booked on Instagram but the owner asked him to leave because he had too many people staying at the apartment. He then moved the party to a local Holiday Inn, which he also shared on his Instagram Stories.
Three #JulioFoolio defendants appeared in court for an arraignment hearing. Sean Gathright, Isaiah Chance, & Alicia Andrews entered a plea of not guilty.
