Brittany Cartwright has fired her longtime publicist, Lori Krebs, after photos surfaced of Krebs getting cozy with Cartwright’s estranged husband, Jax Taylor, during a birthday trip to Mexico.
Sources with direct knowledge told TMZ that Cartwright ended the professional relationship Monday after learning about images from Puerto Vallarta showing Taylor and Krebs close together at Hotel Mousai.
Krebs had represented Cartwright for more than a decade. According to the news outlet, she called the reality star before the photos were published to “give her a heads up” that the story was coming.
The pictures showed Taylor and Krebs standing chest to chest in the resort’s infinity pool and, at one point, wrapping their arms around each other. A witness told the outlet that the pair appeared even closer throughout the day and were not trying to hide that they were together in front of other guests.
TMZ also obtained video of the two having what appeared to be an “animated conversation” while sitting poolside.
The getaway was reportedly part of a larger group celebration for Taylor’s birthday, which fell on July 11.
Cartwright filed for divorce from Taylor in August 2024 after five years of marriage. The former couple share a son, Cruz, and have continued co-parenting while navigating a difficult post-split relationship.
