Former Vanderpump Rules star and current star of Peacock’s series, The Valley, has denied rumors that he has split from his wife, Brittany Cartwright due to his infidelity.
Jax says he is working on himself now that they have separated, but says he was faithful to his wife.
“Everybody just assumes when there’s a split there’s infidelity and there’s cheating. Believe it or not, there are other reasons too. I know I don’t have the best track record but no this was just a communication thing,” he said to ET at the White House Correspondents Dinner.
On the show, Brittany claimed Jax often criticizes her looks. She says they are not even regularly intimate.
“We’re just trying to figure things out. I’ve given you real-time, I don’t know what’s going to happen. I am definitely working on myself right now,” he explained.
“I need to communicate better. My delivery’s really awful. I have a very short fuse. I need to learn to live in the moment, be present. I need to learn patience. I got a lot of work to do,” he shared.
