Bam Margera has been found after he fled his court-mandated rehab for the second time last week.
According to TMZ, he was found at a hotel in Deerfield Beach. Cops were joined at the scene by a crisis intervention team. His mother and father also showed up and they all held an intervention for the Jackass star.
On June 13, Margera escaped from the facility after allegedly telling the manager he was planning to check into another rehab center. He was located days later at a Delray Beach hotel.
Margera recently settled a wrongful termination case against Johnny Knoxville, Spike Jonze, Jeffrey Tremaine, Paramount Pictures, MTV, and more, after he was fired from Jackass Forever.
“I, Bam Margera, fully understand that I will not be able to engage in negotiating a contract to participate in a news Jackass film unless I stay in treatment for a minimum of 90 days and abide by the rules set forth by the treatment center,” his contract read. “I understand that I have to remain sober and only take medication approved by the medical staff of the treatment center.”
He sued them, saying the contract was unfair.
