Milania Giudice pleaded not guilty to simple assault on Tuesday after a judge said she is accused of punching someone in the forehead during a domestic dispute at her mother Teresa Giudice’s New Jersey home.
The 20-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey personality appeared virtually for the July 14 hearing with attorney Alan Kraminsky.
During the hearing, the charge alleged that Milania “did knowingly cause bodily injury to another” by striking a person identified only as “LR” with her fist, leaving redness in the middle of the person’s forehead.
Police arrested the University of Tampa student on May 14 after responding to a reported dispute. She was charged with one count of simple assault and later released pending further court proceedings. The charge is an accusation, and Milania is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
An arrest report previously alleged that her sister Gabriella called police and said Milania was “acting erratically” and throwing food and candles inside the house. No weapons were reported.
Milania Giudice grew up in the public eye as one of Teresa and Joe Giudice’s four daughters on RHOA. Now 20, she attends the University of Tampa and has built her own social media following.
