Tekashi 6ix9ine always finds himself in trouble wherever he goes, and according to a local outlet, the rainbow-haired rapper has been warned not to visit the island by Puerto Rican police over safety concerns.
The rapper was scheduled to perform hits from his Spanish album, Leyenda Viva, in Puerto Rico today, but in a statement published by outlet El Vocero de Puerto Rico, he was advised to stay away.
“The commissioner of the Police Department, Antonio López Figueroa, told the Univisión network that it should refrain from the participation of rapper Daniel Hernández, artistically known as 6ix9ine, scheduled for this Thursday, at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico as part of the Premios Juventud,” the statement reads.
In March, the rapper made headlines after he was jumped in an LA Fitness gym. It seems he has made a full recovery. At the time, His baby mama, Sara Molina, says that his beating embarrassed their daughter and he has not seen their child in months. Molina has repeatedly called him a deadbeat.
