Tekashi 6ix9ine has been ordered to pay a hefty fine for using a nine-second radio drop of Seth Gordon at the beginning of his song “Stoopid.”

Gordon sued the rapper for using the drop without his consent. Sadly for the rapper, he ignored the lawsuit, so now a judge has ordered that he pay out 1/13th of the profits from his Dummy Boy album … which will equal approximately $62,000.

6ix9ine was also ordered to pay out an additional $12,000 for Gordon’s legal expenses.

The rapper recently has his luxury vehicles, which were seized by the IRS, auctioned off. The rapper’s house in Lake Worth, Florida was stormed by personnel from the IRS back in April.

6ix9ine has spent most of the year in the Dominican Republic after he caught charges for an assault against a producer over his girlfriend, reggaeton artist Yailin la Más Viral, whose real name is Jeorjina Guillermo-Diaz. He was also arrested on domestic violence charges.
