Tekashi 6ix9ine hopped on Instagram to respond to a lawsuit filed against him by his ex-girlfriend Yailín La Más Viral.

In her lawsuit, Yailín says that over a period of more than a year, the New York rapper “physically, sexually, and emotionally abused the plaintiff, including, among many other acts of abuse and manipulation, drugging her while stealing and diverting hundreds of thousands of dollars from her earnings.”

She also alleges the “Gummo” star “used these misappropriated funds to cover luxury expenses for his own entertainment, while manipulating, shaming, and coercing the plaintiff into undergoing unnecessary plastic surgeries and other cosmetic procedures.”

6ix9ine posted a message in Spanish to his Instagram Story, refuting the story.

“The person that’s advising her that thinks it’s a good idea to lie, let them know that it’s better to go against the devil than against me,” he wrote. “This is the United States of America, not DR. Over there you can manipulate people and confuse them with fake press and gossip. Over here, I shit on lawsuits and then piss on them. My life and my past have taught me that you can never trust anyone and to always keep proof for moments like this.”
