The Real Housewives of Atlanta has wrapped filming for the upcoming season – and Media Take Out was in the building for the final event of the season.
Over the weekend was the premiere of Kandi Burress and Todd Tucker’s new film, entitled “The Pass.” The film, which was completely financed by Kandi and Todd, stars fellow Real Housewives star, Drew Sidora.
The movie will be acquired by Bravo, and should air around the same time as the Real Housewives.
As you already know, we’re nosy as hell – so while everyone was enjoying the event, we were WATCHING everyone and gathering tea for you guys.
First off, we have to say that the movie was GOOOOD, and Drew is a really good actress. We were skeptical when we heard that Kandi was making a movie starring Drew, and expected some TUBI-style flick. But it was actually pretty compelling, and Drew stole the show with her acting.
Now onto the tea. First off, Kandi and Todd were there, and they seemed to be pretty happy. They were side by side the whole night, making sure everyone was enjoying themselves – and we didn’t sense any tension between them.
Next bit of tea. TI and Tiny were at the event. Media Take Out asked around, and confirmed that TI and Tiny were not only at the premiere – but that they make an appearance on the upcoming season of Real Housewives of Atlanta.
We asked around, and were told that the producers are actively negotiating to try and bring TI and Tiny onto next season of the Bravo hit series. Media Take Out was told that while Tiny is receptive to the idea (if the money is right), TI has so far been reluctant to be apart of the show.
But things can change. #fingerscrossed#
We got more tea. Cynthia Bailey was there, with her new man … who looks a BILLION times better than her ex-husband Mike Hill.
Housewife Sonya Ross and her husband were there, along with a new “friend” of the show, Kenya Moore’s friend Akilah Coleman. She’s married to NFL running back Tevin Coleman, from the San Francisco 49ers and will be featured on the upcoming season.

The new official housewife this season is Courtney Rhodes. She’s the co-founder & director of Marketing and Media Relations at The Agency as well as the owner of The Brandista and creative director of her namesake jewelry brand, Courtney Racquel Rhodes.
The other new housewife is Monyetta Shaw – you know her from previous seasons of Housewives.
Sheree looked great as a blonde – and she arrived with her bae, Martell Holt:

And Marlo has a new man. Media Take Out was not able to tell you WHO he is yet. But we can confirm that he’s VERY rich. He pulled up to the event in a LAMBORGHINI!!
