Taylor Frankie Paul Reportedly Limited to 8 Hours a Week With Her 3 Kids!

Taylor Frankie Paul’s time with her three children has reportedly been cut to just eight hours a week amid her ongoing custody battles.

Sources familiar with the case told TMZ that The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star allegedly failed multiple court-ordered drug tests within the past 60 days. The substances involved have not been publicly identified.

According to the outlet, a court subsequently limited Paul to four hours a week with Indy, 9, and Ocean, 6, whom she shares with ex-husband Tate Paul, and four hours with Ever, 2, her son with ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen. The reported change comes only months after Paul’s parenting schedule had been expanded to include one weekday and alternating weekends without supervision.

Sources close to Paul told the news outlet that there is a strict gag order surrounding the case and characterized information being shared with the media as part of what they view as ongoing “harassment and intimidation.”

Paul’s relationships with both fathers have become tied to separate custody disputes. Tate sought sole legal and physical custody of their children in June.

Paul and Mortensen, whose rocky relationship has played out publicly and on the Hulu series, were granted mutual three-year protective orders in April. They have also been locked in a custody dispute over Ever.

Paul previously pleaded guilty in abeyance to aggravated assault stemming from a 2023 incident involving Mortensen and received three years of probation. Four other charges were dropped.
