Tasha K is admitting defeat in her years-long legal fight with Cardi B after revealing during a livestream that she believes she “lost the war.”
The popular blogger hopped online to address her latest courtroom setback and discuss new legal filings related to the rapper’s multimillion-dollar defamation judgment against her.
“I’m used to losing… but I always overcome,” Tasha said during the stream. “If you hear we lost, we lost the war. But you know what I have? My dignity.”
This week, Cardi’s attorneys push a judge to reinstate the original nearly $4 million judgment rather than the reduced repayment deal that reportedly lowered the amount to around $1.2 million. According to the filing, Cardi claims Tasha violated a non-disparagement agreement tied to the settlement by continuing to discuss her and her family online.

On a recent livestream, Tasha allegedly referenced Offset and his rumored gambling habits. Although Cardi was not directly named, her attorneys argued the comments were still clearly connected to the rapper.
“Offset works at the casino, he is down there five times a week clocking in, some days he works first, second, and third shifts, and he uses everyone else’s money to gamble with. I was told he would probably still be in a certain relationship if he wasn’t gambling away all that money,” Tasha K said during a livestream
Tasha also revealed her attorney allegedly urged her to remove the content, warning it had become “a PR nightmare.”
