Tamra Judge says Shannon Beador had “a meltdown” after The Quiet Woman did not initially cover the bill for a recent outing with Andy Cohen and their Real Housewives of Orange County castmates.
Tamra shared the story during a recent episode of Jeff Lewis Has Issues after Jeff Lewis asked whether Shannon had been upset that the Corona del Mar restaurant did not pick up the check.
“Oh, Shannon had a meltdown,” Tamra replied.
The Quiet Woman has appeared in several RHOC episodes over the years, and Tamra said Shannon felt the Bravo series had brought considerable attention to the restaurant.
“I actually told the owner that because Shannon was really just upset because she says she feels like Bravo has put them on the map,” Tamra explained. “And the bill wasn’t even that high.”
According to Tamra, the group had only ordered appetizers and drinks. She said she approached the owner and explained why Shannon was disappointed.
“Shannon just feels like she’s come in here and she’s filmed here, and we’ve all filmed here, and she hasn’t even got a free meal, ever, and doesn’t ask,” Tamra recalled saying.
Tamra said the owner eventually agreed to pay the bill and also claimed that Shannon continued to complain before eventually seeing sense.
The following day, Tamra said Shannon acknowledged that she “may have overreacted a little bit.”
