Patrick Clark, the man accused in the murder of Migos rapper Takeoff is out on a $1 million bond.

Takeoff was shot to death in the early morning hours of Nov. 1 outside a bowling alley in downtown Houston after a dice game erupted into violence. He was an innocent bystander but died from a stray bullet.

Some of Clark’s friends told outlet the Daily Beast that Clark is being framed for the killing.

“I know him. He’s not like that. I honestly feel like they got the wrong guy,” said one friend who knew Clark from his strip club. “He doesn’t get mad or hostile. He’s very nice and thoughtful. That’s all I have to say. I feel he is being framed.”

Takeoff was hanging out with Quavo and Jas Prince, who was celebrating his birthday, the night of his death. Several videos floated around on the internet as fans tried to solve the case.
