T.I. & Tiny’s $71M Verdict Slashed AGAIN After Jury Decision!

T.I. and Tiny Harris will not get the $53.6 million punitive damages comeback they were seeking in their long-running fight with MGA Entertainment.

A California jury ruled on Wednesday that the toy company had not acted with malice, meaning the couple’s recovery remains limited to the $17.9 million in compensatory damages awarded in a previous trial over the OMG Girlz and MGA’s L.O.L. Surprise! O.M.G. dolls.

T.I. and Tiny, who created and own OMG Girlz, had argued that MGA copied the group’s name, likeness and distinctive style for several dolls in the popular line.

“We appreciate the jury’s time and consideration but are disappointed in the verdict,” the couple’s lawyers said in a statement, adding that they would “continue to fight for our clients’ rights and the rights of all creatives.”

A prior jury had awarded the couple $71.5 million in 2024, including $53.6 million in punitive damages. U.S. District Judge James V. Selna later threw out that portion, calling it “unsupported by the evidence.”

The real-life OMG Girlz include Tiny’s daughter Zonnique “Star” Pullins, Bahja “Beauty” Rodriguez and Breaunna “Babydoll” Womack.

MGA has denied wrongdoing throughout the case. Founder Isaac Larian previously testified that the group played no role in the dolls’ design and called the claims “extortion.”
