After responding publicly to Boosie Badazz calling him a “rat” in an interview with DJ Vlad, T.I. once again clarified his remarks in a podcast episode about snitching on his late cousin.
“I can offer some alternative perspectives to the way things are being viewed by the majority,” Tip said on theTrap News Network. “Open up the conversation about taboo topics. Free thinking.”
T.I. says the comments were meant to be taken as a joke…but nobody seemed to understand this. T.I. said it was all “satire.”
“Off of that conversation, I created a set of circumstances and I thought that the embellishment was clear when I said, ‘I talked to my cousin and he told me,'” he said T.I. continued, “It was humor, sarcasm, and satire, it escaped them. It came from a very real place but I added embellishment to it to fit the needed discussion.”
