Questions continue to swirl around Sutton Stracke and the sudden exit of her longtime assistant Avi Gabay, and a new claim may explain why neither party has spoken publicly.
At the start of the new season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Stracke confirmed that Avi Gabay no longer works for her. Since then, both have remained noticeably quiet, prompting fan speculation.
This month, @thepinkpopbox shared some alleged insight from a reliable source.
“I found out that allegedly Avi has an NDA in regards to Sutton,” the account wrote.
“Unless she slips up, we will never know what really went down.” The post suggested such agreements are common in high profile jobs and may include financial compensation. “The agreement typically is like a gag order,” the account added, claiming it prevents former employees from discussing their experiences after leaving.
The account went on to allege that Gabay’s silence is intentional.
“He’s not going to say anything,” it read, adding that Stracke would face consequences if she violated the agreement. “If she breaks it, he can say whatever he wants.”
Neither Stracke nor Gabay has addressed the claims directly.
