After being dumped on the penultimate episode of the ninth season of Bravo’s Summer House, Jesse Solomon reveals that he has not spoken to his ex since the show wrapped.
“I tried to have conversations with her since the show ended, and she refused. She’s like, ‘I’m not talking to you.’ OK, so you have to go talk to the media about it? I really do want her to be happy, and I’ll be curious to see who she ends up with. But it’s hard not to say how I feel,” Jesse told Elite Daily.
Jesse and Lexi hit it off during the season’s premiere episode, which was also her first appearance on the show, but the pair got hot and heavy very quickly and Lexi chose to hang out with Jesse and the other boys rather than get to know the girls.
“She didn’t create relationships with the girls in the house, and she used me as the scapegoat,” he continued. “It wasn’t my fault. I wanted nothing but the best for her, and for her to have a good experience in the house. She knows that. I’m not dumb, but I’m not some mastermind manipulator.”
Jesse has been slammed as a “gaslighter” by fans, but some viewers believed Lexi could have been using him to secure a second season in the house. She conveniently forgave his bad behavior but dumped him out of the blue right as filming was about to wrap.
Summer House airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo and streams the following day on Peacock.
