Streamer DeenTheGreat Hit With Felony Charge Over Yacht Incident!

Lyndon Abioye |

DeenTheGreat is facing a felony robbery charge after an argument on a Miami yacht allegedly turned into a struggle over a woman’s cellphone.

Prosecutors also charged the streamer, born Nurideen Shabazz, with misdemeanor battery in connection with the May 27 encounter, according to court records obtained by TMZ.

A female acquaintance told investigators Deen became angry after other men attempted to speak with her aboard the boat. She alleged that he had warned her not to entertain anyone else and then tried to kick her off the yacht. The woman claimed Deen grabbed her forearm when she attempted to record their interaction, leaving a small scratch. She also accused him of trying to take her phone.

Security footage supplied by the yacht’s owner allegedly captured the dispute. Police said the video showed Deen repeatedly “attempting to grab her phone” as the woman tried to escape the confrontation.

According to authorities, she could be seen lowering herself to the floor and protecting her body while resisting his attempt to take the device.

Police met the yacht when it returned to the dock. Officers claimed Deen gave an account that conflicted with what appeared on the recording.

Deen has not been convicted, and the accusations remain allegations. He could face up to 15 years behind bars if convicted.
