The widow of Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss, Allison Holker, is filing to control the estate of her deceased husband’s estate, after he died without a will at the age of 40, Media Take Out has learned.
Allison, 35, requested in new court documents for tWitch’s estate to “pass to the surviving spouse or surviving registered domestic partner without administration.” This is a necessary legal step, in order for her to control his estate.
tWitch did not have a will at the time of his death, Allison said in court docs, asking for ‘confirmation of property belonging to the surviving spouse.’
According to Allison, she and tWitch wed in 2013 – before he got a job on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. At the time of the marriage, he owned ‘only personal effects of little value’ with no money saved up.
Allison also told the court that the couple did not have a prenuptial agreement and said there were ‘no written agreements between’ them ‘providing for a non-pro-rata division of the aggregate value of the community property.’
Seems pretty straight forward right …. well maybe.
Media Take Out is hearing rumblings that tWitch may have other children – from before his marriage to Allison. And because he died without a will, the other children (if they are proven to be his) could have a legal right to a portion of his estate.
This is such a mess ….
